So I'm evaluating our space and realizing we have limited room for baby. So we bought this hutch to put in our kitchen for dishes NOT china.. we aren't that fancy :).. to make room for an empty cupboard for bottles, formula, baby food maker (I hope to steam my own from our garden) etc. So We found this beauty at Down East and got a great deal compared to other similar items. It adds a richness to our kitchen with the dark wood (and matches our floors)-- we are thinking we might keep the stain look instead of our original plan to paint it white. Any thoughts?

A new addition to make room for OUR new addition!
So I'm evaluating our space and realizing we have limited room for baby. Our seeds are growing!
This year we are starting our garden from seeds instead of small plants! It's so fun to watch these little guys grow so fast. I just hope we have enough room in our garden once these are full grown! :) The only thing struggling is our parsley! But I think I spy a few little twigs surfacing!

2+1=3
This is not me showing off my simple mathematics skills.... It's Mike and I sharing a VERY special announcement!!!
WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!!! The countdown has begun and we have 6 more months until we are a little family. He/She will be due on Nov 4th.
By the looks of our first ultra-sound, our little one is just as happy as we are!
Look in the top left corner to see the little arms waving to us. (the video is shot upside down so the baby's head is facing down and it's little back is up against the top of the screen) Unfortunately we only got a about 2 out-of the 10 seconds on camera of the little arms waving about! :) It was the best 10 seconds ever! :) We are so excited.
