Our weekend in Park City!

Mike and I have been talking about a quick get-away together, before are life changes forever. He planned a night away about 45 minutes from our home to Park City. We got there late afternoon and stopped off at the outlet stores before checking into our hotel. He had plans that night to go see the vontrapp children sing and the Deer Valley music festival that night. So we drove to the main street walked around and did some shopping before stopping for dinner at butchers chop
steak house.

After a nice romantic dinner we headed to the amphitheater in Deer valley with our cooler and snacks and we sat out on a blanket and watched the real descendants of captain vontrapp perform with the Utah Symphony. We were in a beautiful location on a beautiful night and I was pleasantly surprised by the vontrapp children. It ended around 10pm and we headed back to the hotel for some R&R.

We got up early for breakfast and went back and had a post breakfast nap before getting ready and heading out for some more window shopping and ice cream before heading back to our real life and Pioneer Day celebration with our neighbors.

It was so nice to get away and just get out of the normal routine of everyday life and enjoy some one on one time with my thoughtful husband in such a beautiful area! Thanks babe!
